"Refer & Reap with Atlas Oil" – Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign Duration

This campaign will run from 23 June 2023 to 30 September 2025, unless extended or ended early at the discretion of Atlas Oil.

2. Who Can Participate

• The campaign is open exclusively to existing Atlas Oil customers with active accounts.
• Participants must be 18 years or older and based in South Africa.

3. How to Submit a Referral

• Referrals must be submitted via the official Atlas Oil Referral Landing Page or through an Atlas Oil Sales Representative using our CRM system (Skynamo).
• A valid referral includes the full name, company name, industry, phone number, and email address of the referred contact.

4. Definition of a Qualified Referral

A referral is considered qualified when:

• The referred contact is not an existing Atlas Oil customer.
• The referred business meets with an Atlas Oil representative and orders more than 200L upon first order.
• Referrals must be B2B businesses in industries relevant to Atlas Oil's product offering (e.g. Transport, Mining, Agriculture, Construction, Manufacturing).

5. Referral Rewards

Participants will be eligible for the following rewards upon qualification of their referrals:

• 1 referral converted into a Sale at a minimum order of 200L upon first sale = R200 voucher once off
• 3+ referral converted into a Sales at a minimum order of 200L upon first sale = R500 voucher once off
• Rewards are issued within 14 business days after a referral is qualified. (A sale is made)

6. Additional Terms

• There is no limit to the number of referrals a customer may submit, but rewards are subject to referral verification and approval.
• If two participants refer the same business, the reward will be granted to the first referral logged in the system.
• Atlas Oil reserves the right to verify the identity of referrers and referrals, and to disqualify any participant found to be acting fraudulently or dishonestly.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• All information submitted will be treated in accordance with Atlas Oil's Privacy Policy and used solely for the purposes of this campaign and follow-up.
• By participating, referrers agree to be contacted by Atlas Oil regarding the campaign and related offers.

9. Right to Cancel or Amend

Atlas Oil reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this campaign at any time, without prior notice.
